Now that we're into September, are they finally gone? Can the authorities now go back to a continuation of doing nothing, especially nothing proactive to prevent the same thing next year?
Is it now "end of story" - until next year . . . ?
I'm thinking about preserving this topic and simply re-posting it when they show up again next year. That will save the bother of posting the same next year that was already posted this year.

I'm expecting exactly that. I think if anything does change, whatever it is will result only in making things worse.
Those Kuwaitis are probably telling their friends all about what great fun it is to go to Pattaya, rent motorbikes, and create utter chaos for the duration of the holiday - and all with virtual impunity. Can hardly wait . . .
