Dyed hair
Re: Dyed hair
The braces & tattoos probably appeal to people born in the same epoch and the same country. At least for the braces, which are not popular in most countries. Tattoos are a global plague.
Rather than just appealing to his cohort, anyone working as a money boy might find he earns more if he also considers what the customers like.
Of course, I don't expect boys grooming habits to be totally dictated by their need to market themselves, but he should at least think about it.
Incidentally, whilst I dislike the braces, they are not a show stopper. At least once I realise he can keep them away from contact with sensitive areas.
The things that stop me selecting a lad are: Moustaches, excessive or badly located tattoos, excess weight, excess body hair & piercings.
If a lad I like puts on some weight, I'll probably keep seeing him, within reason, but a new lad is unlikely to be hired if overweight.
Attitude is also very important.

Re: Dyed hair
The hair color in the OP looks fine to me. Black or blonde would be nicer, and my favorite is blonde growing out black. All other colors or combinations are okay for me as well.
The hairstyle in the OP is one of my favorite. Hair ending above eyebrow and one straight line. I don't find the current popular hairstyle of split in the middle attractive.
