The braces & tattoos probably appeal to people born in the same epoch
and the same country. At least for the braces, which are not popular in most countries. Tattoos are a global plague.
Rather than just appealing to his cohort, anyone working as a money boy might find he earns more if he
also considers what the customers like.
Of course, I don't expect boys grooming habits to be totally dictated by their need to market themselves, but he should at least think about it.
Incidentally, whilst I dislike the braces, they are not a show stopper. At least once I realise he can keep them away from contact with sensitive areas.
The things that stop me selecting a lad are: Moustaches, excessive or badly located tattoos, excess weight, excess body hair & piercings.
If a lad I like puts on some weight, I'll probably keep seeing him, within reason, but a new lad is unlikely to be hired if overweight.
Attitude is also very important.
