I spoke with the owner. Apparently, they are targeting women and gay men. I guess it is more of an upscale establishment and will only be offering bottle service. Prices start from B1,500 per bottle but opening special will be B899 and B999. Drinks for the boys will be B250.

The way that he spoke about it led me to believe that it is really geared towards women but gay men are absolutely welcome. Doesn’t sound like my type of place. Let me know if anyone tries it out!

If those are the the kinds of prices he is going to charge, he can include me out. Seems to me his real target clientele is well-to-do women looking for high end entertainment. That's a little too high end for me.

And if customers have to buy a bottle, where does "drink for boy" at an additional 250 baht come in? What are you paying 250 baht for - an empty glass and some ice?

I've never heard of any bar (upscale or not) that only offers "bottle service". Evan the Silver Dollar Saloon on Gunsmoke sold shots.

This doesn't sound particularly interesting.
I guess they're going to fill the place with big muscular guys, rather than the kind of twink I like.

Then, if I want to try it, I expect to go in and buy a beer or, perhaps a soft drink. I don't expect to be buying a full bottle of spirits.
