Seems to me the guy has been provoked into suing Musk. Didn't hear anything about a lawsuit until Musk said words to the effect of "He isn't suing me therefore I was right he is a pedo". That left the diver with no other option really. Personally from what I've heard of this Musk guy I hope he goes on to try heroin and takes just a tad too much.
