He changed the time from 5 to 3. I asked him why smoking was permitted period. He (Eddie) explained he had smoking customers for breakfast but hoped to provide outdoor seating for them, then smoking indoors will be prohibited.

Gee! Imagine that someone in Thailand breaking the Law. I am certainly not a fan of smoking and great to hear that it will be smoke free after 3pm. That means if I want easily the best home cooking in Pattaya , I can have it without the smoke after 3pm. I'll take what I can get because the food is worth it!!!
