Restaurant on Pattaya 2 Rd across from Mike's Shopping Mall ( name escapes me)
Choice Fried or Scrambled Eggs, bacon , sausage ham, ( I asked for all bacon, no problem) 2 pieces toast butter and marmalade , tea or coffee.
69 baht. Not sure how you beat that. Place is open 24 hours a day and always busy so the low prices are sure working. I noticed on the wall a sign Big 3 Scoop Banana Split 60 baht or any kind of Sundae 50 baht. All their prices are this low.

I would bet the coffee is probably horrid, as is most of the coffee in Pattaya restaurants.

Sorry but that breakfast is nothing special at all, I would rather pay double price for a decent quality breakfast . Anyway the best breakfast I make at home .

More surprisingly is that not one comment yet has actually asked or cared how the "cheap" breakfast actually tasted from the OP ! Surely THAT should be the overriding question as much if not more than the cost, no ? In Pattaya sometimes it seems perhaps not 
And before anyone says oh it's a cooked breakfast all same same - I think not as nothing worse than food served swimming in grease or with cold coffee or tea or burnt or not roasted toast or the place being closer to a toilet in terms if hygiene than a cafe etc etc - that to be would be more important than the 69 Baht.
