Inability To Retract Foreskin
Inability To Retract Foreskin
Hi Guys,,, Can anyone offer advice and suggestion about Thai boys who are unable to retract foreskin of penis? The Thai boy is mature and about 19 years old. One of my friends asked me about this subject. This is a bit different than the circumcision question, This is the case where boy can not have the head of penis exposed even when having an erection. There is a medical procedure to fix this condition with a snip or cut on the foreskin. Would it be politically correct to suggest to the boy he might benefit from this medical procedure. The farang would be happy to assist the boy by paying the Doctor's fee. What is the name of this procedure and will the Thai boy welcome the suggestion. The farang is out of the country just now and would like to have a plan when he returns to Pattaya in a few months. Your observations will be welcomed.

Re: Inability To Retract Foreskin
I would suggest the boy sees a doctor. Your friend need not go into details about what the doctor might suggest. Just let the boy see a doctor and have the doctor tell him what needs to be done, if anything.

Foreskin contraction (phimosis)
I can’t believe anyone is that thick you would not just Pop the Boy into any Hospital of your choice, all depends how much you like the boy to how much you want to pay, this is the last reason Circumcision is useful for. After you have tried below, but you only have a circumcision as a last resort.
I can't stress strongly enough that you need the opinion of an urologist (specialist urological surgeon) on this.
There is another type of operation, in which the foreskin is merely 'loosened' instead of being totally removed. You'd have to ask the surgeon whether he'd be willing to do this for you. I have paid for 2 of these for Boys it’s not expensive and works well.
Tight Foreskin - Prenuptial plasty

Preputial plasty involves as small slit being cut into the foreskin in order to physically widen/loosen the foreskin. This makes the preputial ring larger so that the foreskin can pass over the head of the penis. This can be a very effective method and is less severe than circumcision in that the foreskin remains rather than being completely removed.
Therefore if you can help it natural methods of treatment involve no use of surgery or medication is the best. Such treatments are manual stretching exercises, found on sites such as http://www.homecure.co.uk.
Manual stretching exercises are highly successful and can be successful for as many as 90% of tight foreskin sufferers.
However for some their condition may simply be too severe in which case surgery is the only option.
Or try this :-

A bottle of whiskey and a pair of spanners would probably work also.

Re: Inability To Retract Foreskin
Does the boy have any problem due to the inability to retract his foreskin? If not, I would advise not to do anything.
My foreskin does not retract when my penis is erected (but I can see the end of the urethra), and it doesn't pose any problem for me. (Apart from having to tell the one or other boy not to try to push it back when he tries to do so.) When limb, I can retract it completely for cleaning.

An update on the boy with the inability to retract his foreskin.. After a few emails he has agreed to see a Doctor and is willing to do as the Doctor suggests.
Re: Inability To Retract Foreskin
For me, it was an aesthetic, a quality of life (well, sex would be more accurate, I guess) and a safety issue. I had myself circumcised at the age of 41 (eleven years ago) even though I suffered from phimosis very mildly only. My foreskin didn't retract by itself. While it wasn't so tight that it couldn't be retracted, it had to be pushed back manually. It often got torn or painfully overstretched to the point where there were cracks in the skin whenever I'd had extra-good sessions of fun. So sex was always fraught with unspoken fears of injuring myself there (again). It meant I always had to try and hold myself back from just enjoying things or I might end up bleeding all over the bed - something that occasionally happened and got me the nickname VAT for "Virgin Again Tonight" from my friends.
On top of the risk of infection from the wounds, it meant that I was exposing myself to a heightened risk of contracting STDs if I didn't become celibate until the injuries healed. But the one thing which finally convinced me to get it hacked off by my doctor was American gay porn. I just loved the clean look of those guys' appendages and when I did contract a minor case of infection (luckily not an STD) after one birthday orgy in 2000, that was the last straw.
I have never regretted having myself mutilated as some people put it, and I just wish I'd had the guts to do it earlier whenever I think of the number of occasions I couldn't have fun for a week at a time because of minor injuries to the foreskin.
