Thanks for sharing your experience and well done. I was diagnosed with Fatty Liver a few years ago, and even though I don't drink anymore it isn't going away. Your story is an inspiration knowing now that there is a fix. Many thanks.

Thank you. I'm surprised they didn't tell you at the time that it can be reversed. Now that you know it can be fully reversed I hope you will do it. It is likely to take as long as a year to accomplish it, but if you are determined to do it, you will succeed. If you do it, please keep us advised of your progress.

I'm glad it's working for you. Keep doing what works.

There are some people of all races in Pattaya who are seriously overweight. It's really challenging to keep my mouth shut when I see some of the trash they're eating.
I actually failed when an enormous farang in speedos was recently seen approaching a fried food vendor on Dong Tan beach & blurted out "no". Fortunately, I got no response & he probably assumed I was talking to someone else. Although, he did seem to stop before reaching the food vendor, so perhaps it worked.
If he lost 22kg, he'd probably have another 44kg to lose before even approaching a sensible weight.

You should also cod liver oil or omega 3 capsules, I'm sure the specialist will recommend them also.

Before I got started on this I easily could have become just as enormous, or even more so. Now that I think about it, I have not eaten anything fried at all since beginning this diet. I don't really miss fried foods very much. What I miss most of all is desserts. But now, when I go to a restaurant once every few weeks, I do treat myself to a dessert, especially if they have my favorite - chocolate fondant.

And please - don't put any Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in front of me. Diet or not, I'd probably give right in . . .

Thank you. I will certainly ask. Are they all available at local pharmacies?

Fish oil with Omega 3 is available just about everywhere including 7 elevens, but I always buy mine on-line (Lazada) which has a much better selection and better quality. Look for the brands that offer higher doses - 3,600 mg minimum.

Good luck with your diet...and under no circimstances should you ever give up Reese's peanut butter cups...my all-time favorite as well. I also treat myself to a huge bowl of chocolate chip ice cream smothered in Hershys chocolate syrup once a week. There are just some things in life that I'm not willing to compromise.

And now that it's on my mind, it is taking all the will power I can muster not to run right to the store and buy some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - all they have!

No point in undoing all the good work, just for some sludge encased in chocolate.
Looks like a low grade poison to me.

My opinion of it is a little different from yours. But don't worry, I did not give in.
