If anything is difficult to follow, google Gemini will create a vocab list. It's not difficult to paste that back into a translate website to get clearer output (e.g. Google, Bing or iTranslate) before returning to the original.

Well here's a Thai boy discussing his breakfast. This makes a change from all the women trying to teach us.
Of course, it's intended as dietary advice, rather than a language lesson.

It's also too fast for me & I only understand parts of it. But it's good to be stretched occasionally.

So feeding the Facebook video into google AI produces a nice vocab list.
The google translate app can then be persuaded to play that back and at a slower speed if selected. However, with google, we're back to a particularly screechy female voice. I can get tired of that.
The Microsoft translator has a much more pleasant male voice, but I've not figured out how to slow that down.
