The fact that the bars can remain open until 4:00am does not necessarily mean that's what they're going to do. I don't see the gay bars staying open that late because I'm doubtful there will be enough customers to support those hours.

I also suspect most bars won't open until 4:00 am. Some will stay open later, but not all.
Actually, some bars already stay open longer, in return for making an appropriate donation.

As for the times boys stay up, the boy who keeps asking to do long time just sent another photo of them drinking on the beach.
In daylight, sent at 7:30 am Thai time. Long time just isn't going to work when body clocks are that far out of synch.
