Not to be confused with the Salt and Pepper restaurant in Pattaya. Pepper & Salt is a high end restaurant on "The Dark Side", way up Soi Khao Tolo, but well worth the trip.
I had their Shrimp Ravioli appetizer, which could have been a meal in itself - their portions are huge - followed by their Australian Black Angus Beef Stroganoff, which was excellent. I even broke down and had a glass of wine, which I rarely do. My Thai friend had their Salmon Filet Fried in Butter, which was also excellent. We were both too full to have dessert.
The total bill came to 1660 baht.
There is also a Thai food menu.
They have an extensive wine collection too. And it is a beautiful atmosphere and impeccable, very well trained service and the staff speaks English. We will definitely be back. If you can get there, I highly recommend giving it a try. If you don't have your own transportation, take a Bolt taxi. From Jomtien it is about a 20 minute trip.
Make sure to book your table. The restaurant is quite popular and was nearly full. Telephone: 090 909 7530
