Another visit to Winner.
In addition to the lads described from my last visit, there was a skinny but muscular type, not what I normally go for, but I would certainly consider him.
The cute one I was intending to sit with got bagged by a fast moving farang and offed.
I sat with the smallest cute one and found him to be a charming lad, with a good grasp of English. Possibly a candidate for an off, when I'm after that.
The third cute one, who usually avoids sitting with customers is growing one of those thin moustaches.
Other lads: One plump guy, two with tattoos and moustaches.

For me another visit also to Winner Bar. One lad with skimpy underwear is Nam who has good moves on stage. The smallest lad is charming; we must have similar likes!

Also in Sunee every bar, Diamond, Green Chairs, Rainbow and Winner had many customers, about 10+ at each, which was quite a surprise.

They had a tall and very skinny lad that I hadn't seen before. Despite these characteristics, he still wasn't quite my type and also didn't look too enthusiastic about his job.

Also, a couple of other regulars were on stage.

Eventually another cute lad in orange underwear appears, after sitting with a customer. After some pfaffing around by the bar, he walks onto the stage, smiles and waves at another customer, then walks straight off the stage to sit with that customer.

Nice lads are clearly in demand here.

Very few customers in Winner on Friday. At one point, I was the only customer.

When there were other customers, at least one wasn't a big spender. He invited one lad over, kissed him and inspected the goods for some time, without ever tipping.

I despise people like that. Would it really have been a major burden on him to give the boy a fucking 100 baht tip? I wouldn't be surprised if he also did not buy a drink for the boy. Did you notice whether he did?

No it was a short encounter. I'm not sure what the going rate is for a quick fumble, but certainly something.

That makes it sound like a lot more than "a quick fumble".

Even so, if someone calls a boy over, he should open his wallet. In a bar, you don't call a boy over and then give him nothing - even if it is for only a few seconds. I think no matter how quick the encounter, if a boy is called over, he should get 100 baht at the very least. If that is going to put a real dent into one's budget, then don't call a boy over.

Sorry, my explanation was unclear.
The boy was there for perhaps a minute or two, so short compared with buying a drink.
But on the other hand the farang had a good kiss and a then a good inspection of the goods. So certainly some time and worth a tip.

No tip, no drink, no off, was groped, and the customer gave him nothing. No need for a comment!

I recently offed a lad from Winner, who was very nice in all respects. He would be a certainty for a repeat, except it's near the end of my stay in Pattaya and there's plenty of strong competition.

In the bar, he actually came over to sit with me before I asked. Perfectly OK on that night, as I was intending to off him anyhow. I had sat with him on a previous visit.
Of course, if I go in there again with the intention of offing someone else, then it would be more problematic if he sits with me before I ask.
If he had been a dud, I'd solve the problem by sending him straight back to the stage.
Since he was rather good, I don’t want to cause any loss of face.

So the net effect of that is slightly less chance of going in there.

In the old days, I'd solve such an issue by going to a different gogo for a while. Or making sure I tell him I'm a butterfly on the first meeting.
