The photo is the police arresting a man caught selling illegal guns. But that's not why I posted the photo. One question - What's the guy in the light blue shorts in the background doing . . . ?

A common sight in Cambodia, much more frequent than in Thailand. I can't walk 5 minutes through Phnom Penh without seeing someone peeing somewhere, often without cover, just their back to the road.
