Another offshore construction project off Bali Hai ? Much of the existing infrastructure there isn't utilised, although that never seems to stop construction projects.

Part of the video talks about building a large cruise ship port in Pattaya. I would be in favor of it provided nothing about it and nothing about the ships themselves would contribute to Pattaya's already highly polluted waters. There also should be plenty of parking available. I wouldn't mind at all going on a nice cruise, but the ones I seen advertised that would attract me would involve expensive flights and wasted time. Having to pay only for the cruise just might get me onboard.

One thing to check. Would we need to go to immigration to buy a reentry permit if there are stops in other countries (or even if there aren't)? I am guessing yes.
