For twinks, I suspect it's the best gogo, but need to complete field research to be sure. Toy Boys would be the only likely competition, but I suspect it's not as good as earlier in the year.
There are better boy bars in Jomtien, but obviously not gogo bars.

My favourite bar so far.
Admittedly, it's not perfect. There was a row of boys sat at the front of the bar and again there was no available seating in the "outdoor" section near them. I continued walking and came back later for the show.
I like the show, mainly due to artistic content and enthusiastic performances by some VERY cute boys. The cutest of the lot immediately went to sit with an elderly farang after the show. So whether he's available is TBC.

Classic Boys
Visiting with a friend.
The selection of boys was better than on my recent visit. A couple of quite cute ones, plus other candidates. Smooth too, possibly with waxed legs.
Very few customers and at one point, we were the only customers.
Drinks 250
Toy Boys
We agreed that the selection of lads was not as good as Classic Boys. One was quite cute, except for a lot of hair all the way up the leg. Some boys were quite fat and others had excessive tattoos. Still, this is miles better than Winner Boys.
They had about 20 customers when I counted. Also a reasonable turnover of customers. Was almost 50% female at one point.
Music slightly louder than at Classic.
Finally, they have new seats, so no longer do we have to put up with a hard piece of wood pushing through backrest.
Drinks 280, but second drink free.
I'm not sure why Toy Boys was the more popular of the two.
Classic Boys was possibly less relaxed, due to the boys constantly looking intensly at the customers. I almost get the feeling that if I scratched my ear, a boy would jump off stage and sit with me. Is this a factor, or is there some other explanation for the lack of customers?

So far on this trip, I haven't encountered seriously excessive noise spilling over from one bar to another.
Bar 69 turned the music up slightly too much, but this problem was solved by moving to a nearby bar.
I don't mind if it's loud within a particular bar, just as long as the noise pollution doesn't spoil the experience at adjacent bars. In such circumstances, the customers and bar owners can just choose whatever they think is appropriate.
The Sun bar has added a glass front, which might help keep the din inside. Other past sources of noise, such as The Palace and The Best Bar have kept the volume at reasonable levels, at least when I have been around. I hope this continues.

However, the reason why Toyboys always have more customers I would guess is because they have many straight boys, and most customers in Boyztown these days are straight chinese ladies.

For me, the waiters were not the problem. I'm fairly proficient at keeping them away, with the conscious exception of the cute one from Vientiane.
However being constantly watched by gogo boys trying too hard spoils it. Going to the best gogo bar in Pattaya ought to be more relaxing.

I offed a Cambodian boy from Classic Boys last night. This afternoon I met up with a Lao boy who used to work at Toy Boys. The first thing he did was show me the Facebook profile photo of my previous night's encounter which he knew all about.

I've never had anything quite like that. Even when they know who is seeing who, they rarely declare it.
The closest I had was one lad pretending to call his friend for a video chat from my bed. His friend was of course the previous visitor to that bed.

I offed a boy from Classic Boys last night and he took me to a short time hotel I'd not been to before. I don't take boys to my hotel as my boyfriend will question the housekeeping lady when he arrives for New Year and I'd be in trouble.
I usually take boys to the Serene which is 500 Baht for a short time room. The place my boy took me was called SS Residence and was cheaper at 300 Baht which included a bottle of water and one condom dispensed at the reception. It's in the small linking Soi where the Vasa Bar used to be for those who remember.
The shower was cold and it's the first time I've ever been interrupted to tell me that my "short time" was up. I prefer the Serene.
As I left SS Residence a boy from Classic Boys was coming in with a Farang. I suspect that if you accept the bar's offer that "we have a room" this is where you'd end up. I'd avoid.
