Visited this bar last night. Vodka tonic was 160 baht. I bought one of the waiters a drink. He had a small Singha beer. Price for boy drink was 200 baht.

More comfortable seating and it's twice the size of Oscar's. Also superior restroom.
And Oscar's is great to watch the 9:00 lineup and parade of many shirtless boys and men.
Panorama is another option and there are other outdoor bar beers to choose from. I'm all for
options..
