That is not always so easy to do. Some may have paid well in advance and the odds of getting their money and security deposit back are virtually nil. Some may have a rental contract and are stuck.

Running away from the problem should not have to be the solution. What should be the solution - I think most of us know the chances of that.

Exactly.
Law enforcement should fix the problem, but it's not going to happen.

So any farang who are affected should prepare their own countermeasures. Or put up with it.

We all know what it's like. I'm very careful about where I stay. Either it's on a back road, or in a room at the rear of a building. I couldn't care less about a view, but I don't want road noise.
