chinot

Post by gera »

I thought I misplaced chinot for my condo. Fortunately, I found it. Meanwhile, I inquired with lawyer and it turned out that getting the copy of chinot is difficult and time consuming process. I would be curious to know how do you keep the chinot? Another related question is: suppose someone stole the chinot. How difficult it is to change the ownership of the condo with a stolen chinot? Another words, how dangerous it is if chinot got to wrong hands?

A lost or stolen one should be reported to the police. I doubt you will be able to get a replacement without a police report.

My partner mislaid (lost) his chinot for his land.
He got a replacement without the need for a police report but it was a time consuming business.
We also live in Isaan which may make a difference
