Actually, when it comes to making withdrawals with a foreign credit or debit card, that may not even be necessary. If some of you don't mind the inconvenience, try making the withdrawal from a bank service desk (not a teller) instead of from an ATM. Let us know if the policies I described are still true regarding withdrawal limits and bank fees.
