Unless you're using the wrong app, that's no problem in any bigger Isaan town (those already having a full-scale mall) at all. I mention this because Grindr, which is very useful in Bangkok, is pretty much useless in many parts of Isaan. My latest experience is from earlier this month, and as long as you're using Hornet, you'll be able to find plenty of nearby cuties. I'd say their eagerness to meet is often even higher than in places like Bangkok or Pattaya where farang are a commodity.
