A long while back, they had Le Saigon in Jomtien Complex (not sure, but I think where the Tapas place is) - didn't do much business (I quit going because of poor service and Vietnamese food was so so) - he later changed it to serve European food on a hot stone and incorporated a salad bar similar to L'Olivier's, but not as extensive. As I understand it, he bought out the Frenchman that opened L'Olivier and closed his Hot Stone Grill.

It appears he will be offering Vietnamese food again - hopefully it will be on a par with his Saigon Bistro in Central Festival - I do like their Pho and Bun. I didn't care for his place on Phratamnak hill - presentation and quality was not the same and a bit pricy -- but I haven't been there in several years - I did look at their website recently and the display looks more like what I am familiar with- http://www.lesaigonbayview.com/index.ph ... -our-foods - but no prices shown (Saigon Bistro has decent prices IMO).

Fingers crossed that it will bring some good Vietnamese food closer to home as I live in the Jomtien area.
