We have eaten there a few times. For the most part it has been a good experience, but went there once for New Year's Eve thinking it would be a great place to see the fireworks without getting tied up in traffic. The food that night was a buffet and not very good; other time we have enjoyed it. IMHO, it is the best place for viewing fireworks or just enjoying the view of Pattaya.
