Actually there's nothing new about it. It is a re-branding of the Elite card and prices are being raised by 50%. The least expensive card is 900,000 baht, but prices go up to 5-million baht.

As the article didn't explain specific benefits, I went to their website. There are 7 headings. I clicked on all of them and got a 404 error each time.

Going a bit further, the only item of significant value seems to be the 5 year multiple entry visa. For people too young to qualify for the retirement visa, it may be attractive.

I consider these prices an insult. But I know people have or want to get Thailand Elite to simplify immigration when getting into Thailand frequently.

I have solved the immigration issue (I don't qualify for any long-time visa) in a different way, I spend more and more time elsewhere in SEAsia.
