That is down the bottom end of the street.
So hopefully those lucky enough to be visiting Jomtien at the time will find it's not too loud at the top end.
If The Palace control the volume, I expect it would be unbearable. AtHome would probably keep it at a more sensible level.

Alternatively, they can plan 4 days of drying out. ;)

The owner is no fool. He is not going to have music playing so loudly that it will drive away customers instead of attracting them.

Maybe I'm just an old curmudgeon, but other than in go-go bars I prefer no music at all.

Unfortunately there seems to be 4 bars (one notorious for LOUD music) behind this ...not just one owner.

I am back at home, but I hope they are ALL briefed!

Does that matter? Sometimes the music is so loud I wouldn't be surprised if you can hear it even back at home.

I wonder which could be proven louder - the music or Krakatoa . . .

The second night of the Jomtien Complex Street Party continued on from the success of the first night with DJ MAXXX (USA) providing the music and shows throughout the night. I will be back tonight for the Morlum show and special shows.

This has been the first big party in the soi post pandemic and everyone is really making the most of it. I sat in the Terrace restaurant across from Dragon Music and the small bottles of icy cold beer were only 90 baht. The owner of Dragon Music must be congratulated on organizing this event with some of the other bars and it has really lifted the whole vibe of the Jomtien Complex, with the international DJs and the best local performers providing the entertainment.

Usually I delete topics once specified dates have passed, but this time I am letting it remain as a standard topic. Those photos that aussie posted are too good to lose.

I thought Sunday night in the Complex would be quiet as the four night of street parties had finished on Saturday. Thankfully, i was wrong as Dragon Music had dancers on podiums in the soi and the bars were mostly very busy. I will try and get some photos tonight as one of the dancers is particularly stunning.
