I don't like loud music. If the music is loud and there are no cute boys on stage, I will point this out to staff (loud music) and leave.
If there are cute boys on stage, I put tissue in my ears (looks stupid, but rather be "the guy with tissue in his ears" now than "the deaf guy" later). For disco, I sometimes remember to bring earplugs, and when I forget put tissue in my ears.

I never understood the tendency of of Thai clubs to play music on earthquake volume .
4 years ago I was in Hollywood Disco at Pattaya the volume was so disturbing that me and my Thai friend had been forced to leave after less than an hour it was really unbearable. Never went again there.

Years ago when I lived in BKK I looked in DJ Station the music was sooo loud I left and never went back.

The Rainbow Club is closed. I’m not surprised. Open air Lady bar now. It did not last a year.
