Not difficult. When you want to include photos in your post, just look under the bottom left of the posting box. You will see "Add image to post". Click on it. The rest should be self-explanatory.

Remembering to do this is the tricky part.
The last time I posted a photo, I faffed around with the old method of uploading it to a photo hosting site and using an IMG link
