Just to mention something I received in the mails recently and when looking after, confirmed.
Many years ago it was gayromeo or planetromeo for gay contacts and even quite a lot of Thai and bisnisboys could be found on it. Other sites took over.
They´ve all made it over and the name is now just romeo.com and they also will not take any advertisements anymore.
Escortguys can be found on its sister hunqz.com- but forget that for TH.
Romeo sends you a reminder if you did not log in at all during a certain period-around 2 monthes.
Just ROMEO - no more planet, no gay?!
Re: Just ROMEO - no more planet, no gay?!
Romeo is the best of the apps. It has a lot more functionality than the other apps and is also free from ads. It's just a pity it's lost market share & sadly we have to go where the people are.
Hornet, whilst popular in Thailand has rapidly lost market share in the UK, probably as a result of totally taking the p*ss with excessive advertising. I know they need to bring in revenue, but the adverts need to be kept in proportion to the time spent on the app.
Grindr has a better balance with adverts and is the most popular app in the UK now. This app sas a slight problem with spam messages of a commercial nature. I even e-mailed their CEO about it last month and noticed they have been slightly more rapid at closing out accounts for such spammers since.

As far as I can tell, the only thing that's changed is the URL.
