Can understand. But I guess its short for Fukushima. Or rather Fukuoka-in that city I´ve once been. Its on the south island with also Nagasaki and the Beppu hot springs (and also quite famous in JPN for the extra-curriculair activities happening
FUGU is that type of fish that is poisonous and only very well trained and certificated for that cooks/cutters in Japan are allowed to handle it
