The Div 1 Immigration office in Bangkok has had an online appointment queue reservation system for Re-Entry Permits for quite some time (I haven't actually tried it yet) , it seems they are now be extending the concept to other services:

the Immigration info graphics English is sometimes less than clear but it may be that this service will include annual retirement extensions
it may also include 90 day reporting but as you can already do this online it seems a bit redundant to offer appointments, but I suppose the online lodgement system may not be the best option for everyone
