Please note that the dates shown as "substitution" days, will be the day Gov't offices are closed because the actual day falls on the weekend. Two of those are Religious Holidays, thus the "no alcohol" day will be the actual day rather than the substitution day:

Saturday 8 February Makha Bucha Day
Sunday 5 July Asarnha Bucha Day

For December 5, the former King's B'day (it is also Nat'l day & Fathers' Day) may or may not be a no alcohol day depending on local Police decision.

Don't forget that this Saturday, the 8th of February, is Makha Bucha day and will be dry. Probably from midnight on Friday to midnight on Saturday.
