Sadly, it's not just him, but many of the GOP supporters feel the same way. I don't recall there being such an uproar when Bush stole the election from Gore.

Funny, I remember that quite differently. IMHO, that was a Battle Royale that lasted a couple of months, and it was long after Bush was selected by the Supreme Court's 5-4 decision that can never be considered as precedent (Court's rule), that W was cemented as President. That happened on 9/11, when the GOP used the crisis to it's fullest.

Indeed many on the left, myself included, while accepting the grim reality of how it turned out, never forgave the GOP nor Supreme Court for stealing that one. In the post election shenanigans, the GOP came with the big guns (Brooks Brothers riot) and pathetically, the Gore team was just too subdued to rouse their base.
