If anyone has been keeping up with this case, Abu Hamza, Babar Ahmad, Syed Talha Ahsan, Adel Abdul Bary and Khaled al-Fawwaz, here in the UK, who are wanted in the US to face charges are literally on their way now from the UK, as all "avenues" have been exhausted. I think in one of the cases, it has been about 14 years since the first extradition was requested by the US - a long and lengthy battle involving UK and European courts.
