BREAKING NEWS: Boehner appeals DOMA cases to Supreme Court

"House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) attorneys on Friday formally appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court an appeals court decision determining (if) the Defense of Marriage Act was unconstitutional."
