Ha! Despite your frustration, you'll no doubt recall that the US and allies invaded the country more than ten years or so ago, and has been there ever since. And that it installed a hugely corrupt puppet as President. You reap what you sow!crabby wrote:Why does the USA continue to put up with this BS?

Exactly! Should not have invaded at all. Should not have put one American life in jeopardy. Just push a button and solve the problem. The oil is under ground and would not be radiated.

So nuke a number of countries because...........it won't affect the oil? Still doesn't make it America's oil - despite whichever one of Bush's psychos it was who said "it's not our fault our oil is buried under other countries".crabby wrote:Exactly! Re: No sense of perspective
Actually you are on the right track Crabby. But don't use the nukes on Iran or Syria but on Canada. Exploding some smaller nukes underground in the tar sands of Canada will emulsify the oil by the heat and pressure making it far easier to extract. Likewise a few nukes in rock foundations will cause fracking or fracturing of the rock allowing for the release of both oil and gas. Most of the radioactive residue will be contained within a small blast zone, besides that, Canada is a vast source of Uranium so what will a little extra radioactive material make in the long run?crabby wrote:Exactly! Re: No sense of perspective
Why can't we do both? The USA has 10s of 1000s of high yield nukes, already to go, already paid for, might as well not let them go to waste. To the victor goes the spoils! Time to bring back $.10 per gallon gasoline!
