We were down Theppasit Rd this evening and Magg's has opened in their new location and it was very busy at about 9pm. The place looks really spiffy with inside A/C seating and a few outside tables. I think anyone planning to go there for dinner should make a reservation.

I was told by another restaurateur that The Great American Rib Co. has closed, not opening in another location as planned. and so has Bob's Texas BBQ (not on Theppasit Rd.)

Sunrise Tacos hasn't opened yet, but it looks very close to being ready. I am eager to try it.

Bob's Texas BBQ has been closed for a while now -- When I heard it had closed, I confirmed the closure with the owner.

I too am eagerly awaiting Sunrise Tacos. I walked by there last Wednesday about 6:30pm, still looked like they had a bit of interior work to complete - so don't think its opening is imminent - there were a couple of guys working on the inside at the time.

I was past there last night and I'd bet they are open within a week.

The owner has been posting on Thai Visa and he says they are hoping for a Nov 30 opening.

We went to have breakfast at Magg's today. Sadly they were closed. I called to the owner and she informed me that they now only serve dinner starting at 1730.

Where is their new location? Also, do you have a phone number for those who want to make reservations?

The new location is about 60 meters west of the old location on Threppasit Rd. There are two large Greek or Roman statues flanking the doorway and the name is on the facade above the door in gold letters.
Their phone number is 087 130 0424. Also 038 251 236 was their old number. I am not sure if it moved with them or not.
