On Saturday, 25.06.2011, I went to Gay Pride Paris (the first gay event in my life). Here are some pictures and impressions. It had a lot of political subjects, home affairs / domestic policy (gays are claiming right of marriage and adoption in the elections next years) as well as world politics (denouncing countries that still have death sentence for gays).

This looks dangerous and it probaly is. The whole bus stop was vibrating.
Boob alert! Do not look a the following picture if you don’t like boobs! (There is a topless woman on top of the truck). Showing boobs seemed to be no problem. I bet you can get straight men to demonstrate for the right of women to go topless. I don’t care, I find boobs as arousing as toothbrushes.
Final party at Place de la Bastille. However, I didn’t stay until the giant kiss-in at 8pm.
Good weather, a lot of people, plenty of shirtless boys (even I took of my shirt because it became hot, nobody cared). Plenty of lesbians.
There are coincidences that are hard to believe. I met two (not only one, two!) acquaintances from Thailand at this gay pride. The first one I knew was studying in Paris, the second mentioned when we met in Bangkok that he speaks some French and had been to Paris before. Unfortunately, both of them are “just friends”, so no reunion sex
