In the UK, private organisations such as City Doc will offer this to mature males.
I don't know if it makes sense for someone who as already been sleeping around a lot to take the vaccination, as they are probably already infected.
However, it certainly reduces the need to worry about this particular infection, on the basis you either are infected already or have the protection of the vaccination.
No doubt someone will raise the issue of all the other STDs, but as this one is easily transferred, it deserves a quite separate discussion to (say) HIV.
