Every year at this time the US Naval Academy's first year students use their team work to replace a "Dixie cup" cap they have to wear in their first year with an officer type cap they get to wear after the first year on top of a monument on campus.
It is incredibly homoerotic as most of the boys wear only shorts and the monument is 21 feet tall....and it's covered in grease. So they boys basically have to climb a giant lubed-up phallus. I need to get over there one of these years to see it in person.
