Well there was also their article I linked to earlier in the thread, which was discussed in December. No one here believed that either.
Today's Observations:
Tonight, at about 20:30, there were 10 food carts, all slightly to the south of the Jomtien Beach sign.
Absolutely nothing on Dongtan Beach road for as far as I could see.
Later on, at about 23:00 the food carts had shuffled up nearer to the police box. Still not on Dongtan Beach.
These food carts were the only thing the Pattaya Mail managed to photograph for their article.
