Gun control? Might as well forget it

Post by Gaybutton »

I suppose it was inevitable that sooner or later it would come to this. A complete jerk has figured out a way to make working guns with use of 3D printers.

Of course Attorneys General are trying to stop him from distributing how to do it, but he says over 1000 of the plans have already been downloaded. That means the time will come when these plans start appearing all over the internet even if this guy is stopped by the courts.

It also means that people who never thought of this idea will figure out how to do it themselves, with or without this guy's plans.

Isn't that just great? That means it likely won't be long before anyone with a 3D printer or access to one will be able to make their own guns - completely untraceable. Just what the world needs. Anyone in the entire world - criminals, terrorists, mental cases, people not allowed to buy guns, even children - will be able to make their own guns.

Are the guns that can be made with 3D machines assault rifles? Gun control is still desperately needed.

These 3D printers seem to be the future in many ways. Already starting to build complete houses with 3D machines so in comparison making a gun must relatively be childs play.

Plans for 3d assault rifles do exist. 3d guns could be undetectable by metal detectors.
