. . .sorry! your comment here has me confused! I don't know Scott Adams so I have no idea whether to take him seriously or not. On balance, I don't like Adams' style - he strikes me as a smart ar**, but that's no crime in itself - plenty of journalists/bloggers have massive egos, but provided they manage to get their point across that's just something the reader has to put up with, so despite that he's quite entertaining and does make some good points, however when you read comments such as 'we also hear reports that she's a drinker. . .' that has to set off alarm bells.

She's either one of millions of Americans who simply likes a drink, or she's an alcoholic; a vitally important difference and not something to idly speculate about.

My first sentence was a pointed summary of the blog post I linked to. Whether you take that blog post seriously is entirely up to you, but googling Scott Adams would have taken a fraction of the time required to read that post...

Adams is a satirist and a cartoonist(Dilbert). In the past he has been all over the map politically. He endorses Hillary Clinton for President.
