I watched an interesting program last night. It was about adding two lanes to the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago. It is one of the busiest, if not the busiest, expressways in the world. In order to relieve the congestion they added two full lanes. The entire project was completed in two years and is expected to last for forty years.
Odd that Thrappaya Road is in its fifth year of construction and is already crumbling before even being completed.
