The ladies get away with it, so why not the men. Marks and Spencer, the venerable and rather staid British retail giant, has brought out a new line in underpants with "frontal enhancement".
Not only do they emphasise and enlarge your package (they "shape and enhance your silhouette" is the delicate description), they firm up the nether regions as well. Not sure if these are available from other retailers elsewhere, but it seems to be a first for the UK.

I'm not sure anybody will be impressed by any underwear I would be wearing, but I sure would like to see this on Thai guys.
