Yes, as military dictatorships go, Thailand's version is pretty benign. The military hasn't a clue most of the time ... but then the Yingluk crowd could hardly rank high as 'achievers' either. (Remember the tug boats lined up across the Chao Praya who's intent was to quickly rid Bangkok of the 2011 floods. That went well :shock: )
Thai people will keep on carrying on as they always have, in spite of the Band of Fools who supposibly run things.
