A couple of questions to the NRA. At your conventions, is anyone allowed to attend with a gun especially an assault weapon? Will Trump allow guns at his inauguration speech? Does he allow them at his rallies?

Pardon the pun Doug, but aren't you jumping the gun to imply that Trump will be elected/inaugurated?

The Second Amendment starts with "A well regulated militia." Where does the 'well regulated' part come in? The US Senate just rejected the latest attempts to introduce gun control legislation. See: http://edition.cnn.com/2016/06/20/polit ... index.html

I guess according to them, 'well regulated' means no regulation at all. Just let anybody own guns - as many and whatever kinds as they want.

I love it when they come out with moronic catch phrases such as, "Guns don't kill people. People kill people." Really? What was that mental case going to kill all those people with? Bow and arrows? Spears? Bare hands? I guess a case such as this and another nut, Adam Lanza, walking into a school and killing 20 children and staff before he was finished isn't enough to convince them.

I certainly don't want any more massacres to occur, but if one does occur, you know where it ought to happen? At the next National Rifle Association (NRA) convention. Then maybe they won't find gun control legislation so unacceptable.

I still say let them have as many guns as they want - just outlaw bullets.

The Senate rejected all four gun control measures that were up for consideration on Monday.

The final vote, with a 47-53 tally, blocked a proposal to bar all gun sales to those individuals on the terror watch list, the second time the proposal went down to defeat after a mass shooting.
