It's open. A friend went shopping there today. In addition to the grocery store, there is a restaurant.

Was @ foodland Royal Garden today.....very strange location......much smaller in size and selection than Pattaya Klang location...20% of the space is a restaurant thru which you enter the store...strange!

I ate at the Foodland Restaurant last night.
Not bad and very reasonable.

Straight down the steps and turn right, you don't need to enter via the restaurant. The stock looked much the same as in the Villa supermarket which I tend to use. The best thing was the very nice young man who explained the "Two for One" offers to me.
