I tried to go to some of them. They always took one look and then made me move my car to the handicapped area. They also didn't appreciate me walking around with a ruler . . .

New bank notes coming into circulation now

I don't know how recently the new bank notes with the images of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn started going into circulation, but today I withdrew some money at an ATM. Banks and government offices, including Immigration, will be closed.

There should be no effect on the bars. They should all be open and operating normally.

Re: Pattayanis-Greeklicious: A hole-in-the-wall Greek Restaurant

I am looking forward to a more convenient location for me to visit the restaurant Thank you for the post. I haven't been back since my first visit, mainly because it took forever for the food to be served. While the food was excellent and worth the wait, it was just too much of a wait for me. I'm h...

Re: Bangkok Airways - passenger safety improvements

Wouldn't that resolve the issue of trying to find black boxes at the bottom of oceans? Not only that, but I believe the cost of such searches far exceed what it would cost for setting up and maintaining real time information transmissions, including pilot voices. It doesn't even have to be the bott...

Re: Consequences of Trump's Win - 4

So he chooses to tweet nothing at all. What a disgrace! Trump also should have tweeted about this: The shooting raised questions about Reinking's previous law enforcement encounters, and whether his father should be charged for giving him guns when he was barred from possessing them. Apparently the...
